Estimates and pricing
Any prices, ranges or plan amounts shown are indicative only, and are not an offer. Binding pricing is provided solely in a written proposal signed by an authorized representative of Cooper Building & Roofing Company. Scope discovered after tear-off, such as damaged decking, may change the final amount, and such changes are documented before the work proceeds.
Workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship guarantee and its duration, coverage, and exclusions are stated in your signed contract and warranty document. Manufacturer material warranties are issued by the manufacturer and governed by their terms. Statements on this website do not extend or alter either document.
Insurance claims
We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster, an attorney or an insurance company. We can document damage, meet your adjuster on site, and provide detailed estimates, but we cannot negotiate your claim on your behalf, interpret your policy, or promise any claim outcome. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier. Deductibles are the policyholder's responsibility and are never waived, absorbed or rebated.
Financing
Financing is offered by an independent third-party lender. We are not a lender or broker. All financing is subject to the lender's credit approval, and rates, terms and monthly payments are set by the lender. Not all applicants qualify.
Submissions
When you submit a form you confirm the information is accurate, that you are the property owner or authorized to request work at the address given, and that we may contact you about the request. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
The Cooper Building & Roofing name, logos, photography, and site content are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Links to outside sites, including our financing partner and review platforms, are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, Cooper Building & Roofing Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits obligations under a signed contract with us.
