Most homeowners only see day one and day two. This is the sequence in between, and where the honest work either happens or doesn't.

- 2Tear-off to the deckEvery layer comes off, never a layover. Soft or delaminated sheathing is found, replaced, and photographed at a rate quoted before we start.
- 3Underlayment and edge metalLeak barrier at eaves, valleys, and penetrations, synthetic underlayment across the field, and new drip edge on eaves and rakes.
